Here is the latest Weekly Real Estate Market Report for Wake Forest NC. Compared with last weeks report:
- New Listings are down by 4
- Listings that went Under Contract stayed the same (9)
- Contingent Listings are up by 5
- SOLDs are down by 6
As weeks start to accumulate I will be adding a trend line to these reports as well.
