I thought it would be a great idea to start highlighting a few of the areas in Wake Forest NC to give you a better idea of what is offered!  There is no rhyme or reason as to why I chose Fairlake to start the tour - possibly because I have had the pleasure of selling a few homes in Fairlake and find that it is an attractive community to many home-buyers whether they are first time buyers or seasoned!  If you are interested in Homes for Sale in Wake Forest NC then this series will be for you!  It will help you better understand all that Wake Forest NC has available.

Fairlake Wake Forest NC


Fairlake is a community that was established right around 1998.  The main focal point of Fairlake is a beautiful community lake and the subdivision is located just north of Wake Forest NC off of Purnell Road.  Fairlake in Wake Forest NC consists of approximately 120 single-family homes that are all situated on lots of between .5 acres to just shy of 1 acre.  The focal point of Fairlake in Wake Forest NC is the peaceful and serene community lake that is shared my both Fairlake and Country Club Downs.  Public access to the lake is by foot only and there are a select few homes that border the lake for tremendous views!

Currently, there are 4 homes that are for sale in Fairlake.  They range in price from $299,900.00 - $410,000.00 with a year built ranging from 1998 to 2004.  Two of the homes available are lake lots!
